House Warmings has experienced Design Consultants that can help you breathe new life into your existing space or help you envision an entirely new space. We have access to a vast selection of furniture and decor and if we can't find that perfect piece we can customize something to your liking.

Our Process:
Step 1
A preliminary questionnaire will be provided to help us understand your design goals, timelines, style inspiration and budget.
Step 2
One hour in-home consultation (within the GTA)
Step 3
Floor plan for one room.
Step 4
In-store personal design meeting where we will browse the showroom and our websites together, exploring furniture options.
Step 5
Selection of area rugs, fabrics and finishes to pull together a cohesive palette
Step 6
Upon completion, you will receive a design proposal which includes a finalized floor plan, selected furnishings, fabrics, finishes and pricing.
Starting Rate: $495/room
